Answer:
Financial systems: Equity Funding Source (mortgage lending), Covius (real estate
auctions). AI: SafeSchoolz (object detection), MyTap (NLP), SEAD (document
recognition).


Full-stack software development role

1. This role requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software
development. Can you confirm you meet this requirement and briefly describe the
nature of your experience?

Answer:
Yes. I have more than nine years of professional software development experience
across lead developer, software engineer, senior engineer, and freelance roles.
My work includes full-stack web applications, REST APIs, database engineering,
mobile development, legacy-system modernization, and cloud deployment. I have
delivered solutions for real estate, mortgage lending, healthcare, membership
management, and AI-powered applications.

2. Please describe your hands-on experience with full-stack development,
specifically with the PERN (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack or
comparable frameworks.

Answer:
My full-stack experience includes PostgreSQL and comparable JavaScript and
Python frameworks. At MyTap, I built a responsive frontend and maintained a
Django/PostgreSQL backend for a recommendation platform. At Covius, I helped
redesign RealtyBid.com with Angular, RxJS, REST APIs, and asynchronous auction
updates. More recently, I delivered a Preact/Bun mortgage-lending platform on
Cloudflare and a PHP/PostgreSQL membership platform. My responsibilities span
frontend interfaces, backend logic, database integration, and production
deployment.

3. The client requires proficiency in infrastructure coding tools like
Terraform. Can you provide an example of a project where you used Terraform to
define and manage cloud infrastructure?

Answer:
My closest relevant experience is managing AWS infrastructure for multiple
client projects at SEAD Software and deploying a mortgage-lending platform on
Cloudflare. For the latter, I used Workers for server-side execution, D1 for
relational data, Durable Objects for real-time messaging, and R2 for document
storage. These projects demonstrate hands-on cloud infrastructure and deployment
experience; they are not Terraform-specific examples.

4. This position requires expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines. Please describe
a CI/CD pipeline you have built or significantly managed, including the tools
used and the automation achieved.

Answer:
At SEAD Software, I implemented Azure DevOps development infrastructure and
worked on development pipelines for healthcare and legal applications. I
maintained a large Git repository supporting multiple clients, trained staff on
Azure DevOps, and managed supporting AWS infrastructure. This work streamlined
team coordination and development workflows. Through my related role at Clarity
Diagnostics, I also managed software quality control, deployment, and training.
